14-Day Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective.

Item Condition

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging where possible. Natural variation in handcrafted items — colour, texture, weave — is not a defect.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense.

Refund Method

Refunds go back to your original payment method. M-Pesa refunds within 24 hours. Bank transfers within 3–7 business days. Cash on delivery orders refunded via M-Pesa.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We offer exchanges subject to stock. WhatsApp us and we'll sort it quickly.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective. Please double-check all specifications before ordering.
